According to Cincinnati police, a man and a woman died following an alleged homicide-suicide on Thursday afternoon in the Northside. Dayshawn Blair, 22, died at the site, according to the police, and a 19-year-old lady was transported by the Cincinnati Fire Department to the University of Cincinnati Medical Centre, where she succumbed to her injuries shortly after arrival.

She was identified as Kenzie Spurlock-Flowers on Friday morning by the Hamilton County Coroner’s Office. Detectives and the Hamilton County Coroner’s Office are looking into the incident as a homicide-suicide, according to the police, who noted that Blair’s injuries were self-inflicted.
