When Wallace Kirkland approached him after the victim got out of his car, he said something akin to “I’m going to kill you.”Kirkland allegedly shot the dune buggy driver in the chest at that point.
The victim’s amazement and incredulity that Kirkland shot him were among his last remarks, according to the authorities.
