Shawn Mendes has postponed the rest of his Wonder World Tour after long delaying it on July 8 to focus on his emotional well-being. On Wednesday, July 27, Mendes announced the abandonment of his online entertainment stages. Mendes had organized a world visit to present his latest collection, Wonder, which appeared at the end of 2020.

Due to the pandemic process at the time, the 23-year-old had to delay his departure. Mendes was scheduled to begin the visit in 2022 on July 9 in Saint Paul, Minnesota, and was to last until August of next year, but plans of action were rejected.

Following Mendes’ brief clarification of why he needed to delay the visit altogether, many fans confirmed his decision. Some allies supported him in his decision to leave and encouraged him to “steadily take” what he hoped to get back. However, some close (local) and unknown fans were disappointed with the lack of hotel reservations, transportation costs and other services.

“I started this visit happy to finally play live again after a long period due to the pandemic, but I was taken by surprise how extreme it would be to travel after a long period of interruption. After speaking with my group and working with an amazing array of wellness experts, it’s become obvious that I really want to take the time I’ve never taken to ground myself and come back more grounded.”

Shawn Mendes further showed that he wanted to “carry on with the rest of the dates after some much-deserved downtime.” However, the real Mendes site currently records all event dates up to August 1, 2023, as deleted. Furthermore, it is confusing to assume that Mendes will proceed with the Wonder visit a year or so later.

Shawn Mendes reaffirmed to his followers in his message that he will continue to make melodies during the break of his visit. This raises the possibility that Wonder’s visit will probably never happen, as Mendes could go on an alternate world visit to advance his next collection.
