During a wellness check in September 2012, Heather Jackson and her two children were found dead at their home in Sandusky, Ohio. Jackson, 23, her three-year-old daughter Celina and her son Wayne Jr., just 18 months old, were found strangled to death inside the home they had recently moved into.

In 2012, Heather Jackson was going through a difficult divorce while she was recovering from her drug-related problems.
