The Culpeper County Sheriff’s Office reported a felony probation violation against Yvonne Hope Fisher, 55, which led to her arrest on April 26. Fisher was discovered by Officer M. Healy carrying a sizable tote bag that contained numerous suspected drugs and drug accessories.

Officer Healy received assistance from the Street Crimes Unit of the Culpeper Police Department, and preliminary testing determined that the white powder was baking soda, a typical cutting ingredient used in the sale of narcotics, and the crystal substance was methamphetamine.
The Culpeper Police Department filed a felony Possession with Intent to Distribute Schedule I or II complaint against Fisher. For both charges, Fisher was detained without bail at the Culpeper County Jail.
Chief Chris Settle of the Culpeper Police police emphasised that the police has noticed a concerning rise in methamphetamine use in the neighbourhood and urged citizens to provide anonymous information through their CrimeWatch website.
