A social media influencer has revealed how she slept with her father’s best man on her wedding night despite the latter having a family ‘back home’. Stella Barey said that she first met her father’s friend after he flew in from Sweden to be best man at her wedding. The 23-year-old social media sensation described the man as a “smoke show” and noted that she fell in love instantly, though she never thought the feeling would be mutual. However, after the nuptials, she was invited back to the man’s Airbnb, where the couple apparently slept together.

Stella told the story to her TikTok followers in a series of videos titled ‘How I Took My Dad’s Best Man To His Wedding’ in which she recounted what happened. “My dad is getting married to his now wife in Montana, so I flew there with my best friend,” she said. “I knew that my father’s godfather was Swedish, but I didn’t know that he was so attractive. During the wedding, I’m sitting in the front row and he’s the best man, so he’s standing right in front of me. We keep making eye contact and I feel a lot of tension between us, because he is so attractive. I kept writing it. I thought, why would I do that to my dad at his wedding? Why would he be inside me in the first place? He runs a hedge fund and I just graduated. But let’s move on to the after party, that’s where things got serious.”
Stella said that her father’s godfather, as well as her other best friend of hers, who she knew was a girl, invited her back to her Airbnb. “It’s around 4 a.m. right now, and we start talking, we laugh, everything is fine,” she continued. “My girlfriend fell asleep and there was no Uber nearby to get back to our hotel. I thought, I guess we have to sleep here, and lay down next to her. I wake up the next morning next to my father’s godfather and my friend. Obviously that night, we did things, with my friend sleeping next to me. He takes us back, and she was really nervous because he’s so cute, and she didn’t know if he remembered us getting together. Or maybe he regrets it. We don’t talk about it, and I don’t tell my best friend.”
Her best friend flew home and she herself was preparing to fly back to Los Angeles, but then she realized that her dad’s godfather was on the same flight. “I’m so nervous all the time, but so in love,” she recalled. “This is the weirdest part. Turns out she knew exactly what we did and she wasn’t ashamed of it. But we don’t talk about all that, until I say goodbye to him. He was saying that he didn’t want to leave me, that he was going to miss me a lot. Then he gets on the plane, then I get a text from him. It’s a picture of his hand, with his cute watch, grabbing my thigh under the covers the night we were together.”
Stella said they texted a couple of times when she returned home, but the relationship fizzled out shortly after he returned to Sweden. “I wasn’t really interested in keeping him alive,” she explained. “I really didn’t like that my dad could find out, and he wasn’t going anywhere. So I didn’t keep talking to him. He had a whole family in Sweden, I think they were separated but still. As far as I know, my father never found out. I never told him, and I’m pretty sure his friend never told him because they’re still friends,” Stella added, according to the New York Post.
