The preliminary investigation indicates that Delos Santos Jr. ran the red light on March 27 at approximately 6:50 a.m. while texting on his cell phone and driving at a fast rate of speed.
Molinero passed away at the site, and Bolanos’ injuries caused him to pass away in a nearby hospital.
Two counts of manslaughter have been brought against Delos Santos Jr., and no bond has been set. The inquiry is still being conducted.
