According to a police report, Keith Lorenzo Anderson III disappeared on February 4 after last being seen at the Norfolk 7-Eleven on Monticello Ave. At the time, he was described as 6’1″ tall and “weighs 306 pounds”. The report also noted, “He has brown eyes and black hair. He has pierced ears and a nose piercing.
