A ‘great family man’ who worked day and night tragically passed away at dawn while enjoying a well-deserved vacation in Tenerife. Gareth Moores, from Royton, Oldham, had flown to the Canary Islands last month with his wife Colette and his 19-year-old son Jake.

Gareth’s inquest was opened at Rochdale Coroner’s Court this morning (2nd December). His death was described in court as “undetermined.” , with more research work to take place. The investigation was deferred until January 23 of the next year for a review.
