Barklimore responds by telling her, “Listen carefully, I’ll tell you how to do the CPR.” “Place the heel of your hand on the sternum in the center of the chest…pump chest strong and fast,” he said. “Count out loud so I can count on you, I need you to keep doing compressions over and over and over.
