The ‘Little Miss Sunshine’ actress called out her nameless ex-boyfriend for the trauma caused through an Instagram post. The 26-year-old ended the note by admitting that she had not fully recovered from the events and was diagnosed with CPTSD.
The actress is now very happy with her current fiance and has asked fellow domestic abuse survivors to seek help. “I know it seems impossible and terrifying, but you have survived so much and you CAN survive leaving if you have the right tools and support,” her post read.
