Celaya was booked into the Maricopa County Jail on four counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, according to a police statement. “My detectives acted quickly once they learned of the suspect’s statements. There is no place in any community to possess this type of material or engage in this type of behavior,” El Mirage Police Chief Paul Marzocca said.
