A devastated family has paid tribute to their “beautiful” 12-year-old son who was hit by a car and died in hospital. Tyler Wills was involved in the incident on Friday November 25 in West Sussex. Police and paramedics assembled on Crawley Avenue between Ifield Community College and the Ifield Roundabout at 2:45 p.m. m. after being alerted about the incident.
After being taken to the hospital, Wills was pronounced dead. Wills’s family paid tribute to him on Sunday, November 27, issuing a statement that read: “Our beautiful boy Tyler – he was the most loving, caring and kind little boy. He has made his family so proud. He will be loved and missed forever. Our beautiful boy, I hope you’re high kicking that ball. We love you more than words will ever say. Mum loves you,” according to the Daily Mail.

His family was receiving specialist police assistance, according to the Daily Mail. A Sussex Police spokesman said: “No one has been arrested but inquiries are underway to find out exactly what happened.” They went on to say that they would like to speak to anyone who has seen the incident, the circumstances leading up to it, or has dash cam evidence that can help them.
People left numerous flower arrangements and tributes for her at the crash site. Some people also left condolence poems and messages. A tribute post written by Wills’ father referred to him as the “brightest light to shine in the night sky” and praised his “beautiful smile” and “kind heart of him.”
A GoFundMe page has been set up to raise money to pay for funeral expenses and a headstone. So far the campaign has already managed to exceed the goal of $12,107.On the page, Wills was described as “one of the sweetest guys” and “never had a bad bone in his body.” The friend who organized the fundraiser hoped Wills would get “the best send-off and the one he deserves.”
