“For what you have done, I can only call you both monsters.” According to court records, the boy was removed from the marijuana-smoking couple shortly after his birth in February 2020 because social workers believed he would suffer “significant harm” in their filthy Chesterfield house and because Boden had a history of domestic violence.
Boden and Marsden pleaded with a family court to have the child returned, calling him “perfect” and a “cuddly, chunky munchkin.” The judge ruled that he might return part-time at first, and then full-time.
