A Florida man obsessed with school shooting has been arrested for dumping animal carcasses at a memorial to the victims of the Parkland massacre. Investigators say the suspect began leaving animal carcasses at the memorial on July 20, two days after the Parkland shooter’s sentencing trial began.

Mondragón was arrested on August 4 and, at the time of his arrest, Mondragón was on parole for assault and indecent exposure.
