The Seminole County Sheriff’s Office in Oklahoma’s J.T. Palmer said that Oaklee Marshall and her mother, Madison Marshall, were last seen together on February 9 outside a “crack house.” Oaklee was reportedly wrapped in a blanket and either asleep or unconscious, according to witnesses. Although Oaklee was never able to reach the hospital, Marshall allegedly told her that she needed to drive her there.
