And in another manic missive, one of the 49, Towne claimed that he was getting Nichole back. “I am illegally taking possession of Chanel and you have to do your mental health warrant and all you can see her the bradshaws [sic] can still see her but for now for the safety and good of all they have her [sic] . ] as I knew she is going to come back to me, ”he wrote in a text message.
“Just ask her to initial her cell phone and I will write it on her piece of paper that I have the courts [sic] and have her legally sign the papers in front of me please,” he said. Towne later pleaded guilty to stalking and was sentenced to 45 days in jail.
Towne allegedly told investigators that he wanted to kill Nichole “because he was a mean girl and he didn’t want to deal with her anymore,” prosecutors said in court Monday, according to KTRK. When he realized the girl was still alive, he resorted to strangling her for the next 30 to 45 minutes in a murderous frenzy, according to court documents.
