Three individuals, including a three-year-old child, were killed in a shooting on September 23 at an apartment complex in Jacksonville, Florida, presumably over the sale of a dog, according to investigators. According to Assistant Chief JD Stronko, police were summoned to the apartments on Sunday, September 24, at around 10 p.m., following reports of gunfire in the 8800 block of A C Skinner Parkway. Five victims were found after the police got on the scene, four of whom were adults and one was a child.
