After a 4-day manhunt, suspected mass shooter Francisco Oropesa was captured on May 2nd. Oropesa is charged with fatally shooting five persons at a Cleveland, Texas, residence. He was apprehended by authorities in the neighbouring city of Conroe, according to FBI Houston.
The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office asserted hat he was really apprehended close to Cut and Shoot. The exact location hasn’t been verified yet. According to ABC, Oropesa is a Mexican national who was expelled from the US in 2009 and then quickly returned. He has a brief criminal past, which includes some drunken driving. His involvement in the massacre is currently the subject of an investigation.
