Drake Wiki – Drake Biography
Drake represents Canadian hip-bob prominence at this year’s OVO Fest by giving them their own night to shine. The Toronto rapper has announced the arrangement for what he has called the All Canadian North Stars show, a show on Thursday that kicks off his annual extended weekend music scene.
The show will feature twelve Canadian hip-bob and rap experts who he says are “ready” for the people who came after, including Choclair, Jully Black, Kardinal Offishall, Keshia Chante and Maestro Fresh Wes. Others on the bill include Glenn Lewis, Shawn Desman, Frank-N-Dank, Saukrates, Vancouver rappers Rascalz, and R&B pack In Essence.
The show will take place at History, a stage that opened with Drake’s support last November, with discount tickets today.
Thursday’s show features what Drake calls the Global October Weekend: Road to OVO Fest Tour, which moves to Toronto’s Budweiser Stage on Friday for a show that includes Chris Brown and Lil Baby. On Monday, Lil Wayne and Nicki Minaj will headline a social gathering of circles back to the Young Money record mark on the Budweiser Stage.
Drake has recently said that he intends to take his OVO Fest to the rounds for its 10th memory in 2023 with dates “all over the world”.
