In a recent horrific incident, David Martin, 32, was pushed onto the subway tracks on Friday afternoon, October 21, 2022, causing his collarbone to break. Now, police have released the footage of the culprit, showing him standing to the side of the platform with his arms crossed looking at his target, the New York Post reported. According to Yahoo!, when the victim was waiting for a Manhattan-bound L train at the Myrtle-Wyckoff station around 2:40 p.m. m. on October 21, the man ran towards him and threw him off the platform and onto the tracks.
The victim was reportedly injured but was not hit by a train, police said. Speaking about the incident, a transit worker said the man had injured his shoulder. “He was in shock that it happened to him. It’s not like he had a confrontation with the person or they were arguing or anything. It was just a random push. They just pushed him onto the tracks, that’s what he said. This he guy pushed him onto the tracks,” the worker told the New York Post.

Jennifer Martin, the victim’s sister, said: “The guy didn’t say anything at all. He just came up behind him and body slammed him. David didn’t even see him at all… It keeps replaying in his head, he keeps blinking in his mind. He was up all night. The suspect fled the scene and is still wanted by police. He has been described as black with a slim build and glasses.
At the time of the attack, he was wearing a black baseball cap along with a yellow hoodie, a black jacket and black jeans, and was carrying a large gray or green backpack.
