A Popeye’s customer is accused of ramming his vehicle into the fast-food restaurant because his order did not contain cookies. Belinda Miller, 50, of Augusta, was charged Wednesday with aggravated assault and criminal damage to property in the first degree.

In 2018, the same woman allegedly yanked on the steering wheel while a man was driving, causing her to veer off the road and into a wooded area. She was also accused of hitting him while she was driving. She was granted probation in both the 2018 and 2020 cases, according to online records.
