A 15-year-old girl has been charged with murder after using lighter fluid to start a fire that killed a man in the Bronx, police said Sunday.
The teen, whose name was withheld because she is a minor, was charged a week after the fatal fire broke out at 1211 Evergreen Avenue in Soundview around 2 p.m. on January 29, police said.
