At 2:00 a.m. on Saturday, 20-year-old Nicholas Anthony Donofrio’s body was discovered on the porch of a house in Columbia. His relatives informed WTNH that he had recently relocated to a neighborhood home that he shared with four of his buddies. In his third year, they joined him to abandon him, he revealed to the Phi Kappa Sigma member. Police were initially called to the location in response to a report of theft, but as they are their route, the status has been changed to being shot at. The 20-year-old boy was later discovered dead on the porch by police. It was located two miles from the university’s main campus on a street. Police stated that although no one had been arrested, the inquiry was still open.

Yarl, now 17 years old, was shot in April while en route to a friend’s house in Kansas City, Missouri, to pick up hisĀ  twin younger brothers after he went to the wrong address. Andrew Lester, a white guy who had twice fired a firearm at him, answered the door when he knocked.

After being charged with first-degree assault and armed criminal behavior, Lester was freed on a $200,000 bail and is now awaiting trial. Also in April, Kevin Monahan’s driveway in Hebron, New York, was mistakenly crossed by Gillis and three companions as they were traveling to a remote residence in Washington County. From the porch, 65-year-old Monahan fired two rounds at the automobile, one of which struck Gillis, who was still inside. He faces second-degree murder charges.
