Joe James Wiki – Joe James Biography
The bodies of a man’s mother and brother Joe James were found after a murder-suicide, according to the Aiken County Coroner’s Office. Coroner Darryl Ables stated in a news release that Aiken County sheriff’s deputies responded to reports of the dead at a home in the 500 block of Rennie Street on Friday afternoon.

According to Ables, the victims, identified as Betty James, 86, and her son J. James, 68, passed away at the scene from single gunshot wounds. According to an inquiry, Joe James killed his mother before shooting himself, said Ables. There was no information provided on the shooting’s motivation.
The Graniteville house, which is roughly three miles from the University of South Carolina’s Aiken campus, was not known to have Betty James, Joe James, or both occupants living there.
The statement claims that Joe James will not undergo an autopsy, but Betty James will have one done at Newberry. The fatalities are still under investigation by the coroner’s office and the sheriff’s office.
