A day after Boston Celtics head coach Ime Udoka was suspended for his alleged affair with one of the Celtics’ employees, the latter is reported to have helped Udoka make travel arrangements for him and, after times, also for Udoka’s fiancée, Nia Long. The employee, whose identity has not yet been revealed, handled some responsibilities that also included his travel plans.
Sources revealed to TMZ on Saturday, September 24, that Ime Udoka’s team-related travel was handled by a female staff member. If that wasn’t enough, he also booked trips for his fiancée, the actress, to attend home games in Boston and away from home. According to the publication, the actress and her 10-year-old son moved to Bean Town for good a couple of weeks ago. The move came about two months after Udoka learned of the Celtics’ investigation.

The Celtics, regarding the situation, stated that they were alerted to “a potential situation” involving Udoka during the summer. The Celtics added that no one else, including the woman involved, has been disciplined or is expected to be disciplined.
Speaking of Ime Udoka, the head coach was suspended from the team after the revelation of his alleged affair. He was suspended for the 2022-23 season for violating team policy, which stemmed from an inappropriate and consensual relationship with a female Celtics staff member.
