Agents arrested a man accused of fatally shooting a pregnant 20-year-old mother, leaving her baby in critical condition. Diamonte Oiy’Shawn Haithcoats, of Stone Mountain, was arrested by members of the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office Fugitive Unit and the DeKalb County Police SWAT team Monday outside a barbershop in Memorial Drive.
