Authorities say a man from Texas shot and killed a bar owner on Monday after the man demanded a drink. According to FOX Dallas, Wan Cho, 62, is suspected of killing Chong Sun Wargny, 53, the proprietor of the Happy Days pub in Dallas. Cho is accused of killing someone and using a dangerous weapon aggravatedly.

Cho ordered a drink while Wargny was serving customers at the bar. According to an arrest affidavit, he called her a “b—-” when she ignored him. Warngy slammed Cho back and then walked out of the pub.Cho came back fifteen minutes later and requested another drink.
According to reports, Cho shot at Wargny when she refused. Witnesses attempted to stop Cho from shooting a witness twice, but he missed. He was detained and is currently being held in custody at the Dallas County Jail on a $525,000 bond.
In 2015, Cho was detained after getting intoxicated in a Korean restaurant and acting out towards patrons who had been refused service. He allegedly struck someone who was attempting to calm him down in the mouth. He received a nine-month probationary period after entering a guilty plea to assault resulting in bodily harm.
