A Wisconsin woman, 27, was detained for reportedly repeatedly sexually assaulting a 13-year-old child and even threatening him after he “cheated” on her. According to court documents analysed by Law&Crime, Kaitlyn Leigh Skar was detained last week and charged with one count of repeatedly sexually assaulting the same child, at least three counts of sexual assault in the first or second degree, and child enticement.
The investigation into Skar reportedly began when the victim’s mother reported the incident to the Green Bay Police Department, alleging that her 13-year-old son was having intercourse with a 27-year-old woman, according to an affidavit of probable cause acquired by Green Bay Fox affiliate WLUK-TV.

According to police, the mother was furious when she realised that the lady, later named as Skar, was allegedly having sex with her young child and endangering the child’s safety when she arrived at the precinct on March 24.
According to reports, an examination of the messages on the victim’s phone supported his claims that Skar had sexually assaulted him. According to reports, Skar and the victim first spoke while the child was at his aunt’s home, which is close by Skar’s home in the 1600 block of 9th Street.
The victim allegedly told police that Skar offered to give the boy cookies during their initial contact before asking him if he wanted to take a “puff” from her vape, according to WLUK. The two allegedly exchanged phone numbers after that.
According to a report from Green Bay CBS affiliate WFRV-TV, the victim told authorities that he expressly stated that he was just 13 years old during the original contact. On various social media platforms, Skar and the youngster allegedly started texting and messaging one another.
According to WLUK, Skar allegedly talked to the victim about “cuddling, holding hands, and watching movies.” Later, the discussions apparently turned more pornographic, with Skar allegedly telling the victim that he was “getting her horny.”
According to the police, Skar also made “sexual movies” and emailed them to the victim. The child left middle school on March 14 and, after exchanging the films, rode the bus to Skar’s place, according to WFRV. Police claim that Skar picked him up at the bus stop and took him back to her house where she sexually assaulted him.
According to reports, the victim informed police that between March 14 and March 18, he and Skar had sex at least three times. In response to his failure to answer to a video chat, the victim claimed that Skar ultimately started harassing and threatening him. She allegedly threatened to “knock him up” at one point, according to WFRV. The victim reportedly threatened Skar after eventually telling him that he had been cheating on her.
But according to the victim, Skar apologised the following day and told him that she “wasn’t seeking to go to jail.” Skar allegedly admitted to having “sexual contact” with the victim in a meeting with police detectives, according to WLUK. Despite Wisconsin’s 18-year-old consent threshold, investigators claim Skar informed them she thought the victim was 16. The maximum term for Skar, if found guilty on both counts, is 65 years in prison.
